Where materials are supplied by the provider, they are selected for durability and suitability. Where materials are supplied by the client, the provider is not responsible for their quality or performance.
Cancellations must be communicated as early as possible. Deposits may be non-refundable if work preparation has already started.
Any issues must be reported within a reasonable time after completion. We aim to resolve all concerns fairly and professionally.
